Parish birthdays — August
A handful of parishes in the Phoenix Diocese are marking another year of serving local Catholics this month. None are reaching huge milestones this year, but two of the parishes are in Mesa, two are in Phoenix and two share an Aug. 26 birthday, “born” four years apart.
The two that share the Aug. 26 birthday also have almost the exact same number of registered families.
