Valentine’s Day lesson

Here’s a Valentine’s Day lesson from St. Thomas Aquinas presented by Fr. Michael Himes, professor of theology at Boston College.

The St. Valentine’s Day page at AmericanCatholic.org where I found this video also offers:

  • a link to CatholicGreetings.org where you can send free e-greetings. Must have an account. My suggestion: try holyecards instead. The site allows you to customize your greeting with music, a stamp and poem. You can also select text and background color, all for free and without a login.
  • a condensed version of Pope Benedict XVI’s encyclical, “God is Love.”
  • resources on marriage enrichment and the sacrament of marriage.

You might find some other helpful material on Catholic marriage and love via some recent “Catholic Valentine’s Day” tweets.
