Vote Catholic daily in ‘Pepsi Refresh Project’
If you’re looking for a work distraction in these final days on the job before Christmas, here’s a positive one that could help a local Catholic school refresh its campus in the new year (other Catholic causes below):
The Dad’s Club at St. Gregory School in Phoenix is on a quest to win a $250,000 grant from Pepsi that will refurbish its sports field and add lighting. Here are the project details.
The school is currently ranked #39. Once complete, the Dad’ Club said it could make the field more available for community use.
Its one of nearly 1,100 project ideas in the running for a “refresh” grant. The $5,000 to $250,000 grants will impact education, the planet, food and shelter, neighborhoods and more.
You can vote three times a day through Dec. 31. Finalists will be announced Jan. 3. Here are your voting options:
- Online – for the St. Gregory project: http://pep.si/fUJQcH
- Facebook – Download the “Pepsi refresh” app
- Text – for the St. Gregory project: 104786 to Pepsi (73774)
Be sure to skim through, and maybe even vote for, other Catholic causes in the running in other categories. Among them, a Catholic Social Services in Pennsylvania is looking to take ownership of a closed, yet historic ethnic parish and use it as a food bank/family center.
Here are some ideas of past project winners.

One Comment so far ...
PEPSICO is a major corporate sponsor of the radical gay agenda as reported by the American Family Association (AFA). In 2008 & 2009, PEPSICO donated over a million dollars to radical gay groups that promote homosexuality in the workplace through legislative agenda. Those laws would require Catholic organizations to hire radical gays & lesbians. Those same groups were major opponents of Prop 8 in California, the “Protect Marriage Amendment”.
It is reported that PEPSICO rquires employees to attend “sexual orientation & gender identity diversity training” where they are indoctrinated to accept homosexuality. AFA asked PEPSICO to stop funding the radical gay agenda and to remain neutral, and PEPSICO refused.

Why would any Catholic organization be partnering with such a demonic enterprise?
