Weekend calendar
Parishes, schools and other Catholic groups are taking full advantage of the beautiful weekend weather in Arizona. This weekend’s calendar is jam-packed. Take a look:

Nun Run
— Here’s the complete schedule for tomorrow’s race. It’s at Victory Lane Sports Park, 22603 N. 43rd Ave. in Glendale. Proceeds help build a Poor Clare monastery in Tonopah. - Vienna Boys Choir Concert — 7 p.m., March 19, St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Avondale. Tickets: $40 general admission, $100 Prime Preferred, $150 Gold Circle and $15 student. Info: call (623) 935-2151
- “Into the Woods” performance at Bourgade Catholic High School — 7 p.m. today and tomorrow, 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets: $10 adults, $7 students. Children 5 & under are free.

- Parishioners of Good Shepherd Mission in New River are cleaning a portion of New River Road beginning at 7:30 a.m. March 20.

CRYS Rummage Sale and Silent Auction
— 7-11 a.m. March 20 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery. Includes snacks. live music and a silent auction. Win house cleaning service, dinner for five, a car wash and guitar lessons. This is also your last chance to download Lenten songs from Polk Street Band with all proceeds supporting an upcoming Catholic singles retreat. - Rummage sales and Spring Boutiques — 8 a.m.-2 p.m., March 20 at St. Clement of Rome Parish in Sun City and 7 a.m.-3 p.m. at St. Rose Parish in Anthem. Holiday crafts and spring-themed raffle baskets will be among your finds at St. Louis the King Parish‘s Spring Boutique in Glendale beginning at 7 a.m.

- If you happen to be in Los Angeles . . . The annual Religious Education Congress is this weekend. The four-day affair started yesterday and features local musicians Matt Maher and Ike Ndolo. They’ll perform at Saturday’s Prayer Jam concert.
