Jingle Bell Rock raises $200,000
Long before the hustle and bustle of the Christmas shopping season started, the Mothers’ Guild at Xavier College Preparatory was already in holiday mode. It hosted Jingle Bell Rock Nov. 14, its annual Holiday Dinner and Auction.

The event has evolved into one of the community’s most time-honored social traditions. It was also a symbolic event, taking place on the future grounds of Founders Hall, for which proceeds from Jingle Bell Rock, will help build.
Live auction items included a Rolex Watch from Wesley Jewelers, a custom oil painting by Tom Pomeroy. Rocky, the shih tzu puppy, stole the audiences heart and found a new home with Scottsdale residents Josef and Yolanda Greene, Xavier parents.
The event raised over $200,000 toward the construction of Founders Hall, a multi-purpose building that will include much-needed community space, classrooms and places for the schools 74 clubs and activities and 33 sports teams and athletic clubs.
