The Catholic Sun is on Facebook.

We don’t get to update it as often as we’d like, but The Catholic Sun has been maintaining a Facebook fan page for a while now. We aren’t able to access the page from our offices at the Diocesan Pastoral Center, but a few of us try to do what we can from home.

Mostly you’ll find links to content on our Web site as well as some of our videos. You can keep informed about recent updates to our main Web site by following The Catholic Sun on Twitter. What Facebook could offer readers, though, is a forum for discussion. Twitter can do that, too, but Facebook seems to have some advantages as far as interaction goes.

Mary Moore wrote an interesting piece about some of the dangers of Facebook, which you can find on our Web site. That said, if you’re already on Facebook, our fan page is a way to connect to other Catholics in the community.
