Make pro-life work ‘click’
Did you miss some or all of last week’s pro-life events in Tempe and want to do something to advance the cause? Maybe you were among the hundreds who attended the special Mass for the unborn Jan. 21, the demonstration and rally at Arizona State University Jan. 22 or the youth rally and hike Jan. 23 and are now motivated to more actively get behind the pro-life cause.
I found some options for you:
- Try ProLife Internet – it’s powered by Google which means that your search results will be just as good, according to xt3 where I stumbled upon the link, except 100% of the profits raised go to pro-life causes.
-
Attend the “Abortion: From Debate to Dialogue” training seminar. Trent Horn, a missionary with Justice for All, will teach pro-life supporters of all ages how to move the opposition from debate to meaningful dialogue. Click here to learn more including how to register. The seminar is 12-5 p.m. Jan. 31 at Arizona State University in Tempe. You can also see the Justice For All exhibit, which depicts the gruesome details of abortion, at ASU Feb. 4-5.
- The next 40 Days for Life prayer campaign gets under way Feb. 25. Read about last year’s effort in the Valley here. As a result of the 40 Days for Life this past fall — Sept. 24-Nov. 2 — there have been 543 turnarounds documented at abortion clinics in North America, according to the group’s xt3 Web page. There were also reports of the numbers of women going into abortion clinics decreasing, some abortion workers leaving their jobs, and of a clinic in Texas closing. Read the full 40 Days for Life report.
