Faith and Discernment
I meant to mention earlier that the latest Theology on Tap series for young adults throughout the diocese is in session. If you weren’t one of the 35 young adults at BJ’s Brewhouse and Restaurant in Chandler Nov. 3, you can still enjoy some theology from the tap each Monday in November.
Earlier this week, Fr. Chris Fraser, judicial vicar for the tribunal at the Diocesan Pastoral Center, expounded upon the U.S. bishops’ document on faithful citizenship during his talk on “Is God a Reupblican or a Democrat?” Fr. Fraser also addressed the importance of having a well-formed conscience with guidance from the Church.

Fr. Jack Spaulding discusses the faith during an April Theology on Tap series. Join the November series each Monday at 7 p.m.
Join in the discussion every Monday at 7 p.m. at the brewhouse, 3155 W. Chandler Blvd behind Chandler Fashion Center. Here’s a sneak at the remaining talks:
- Nov. 10 – Faith and Discernment: Finding your path in life with Fr. Paul Sullivan
- Nov. 17 – Pope John Paul II and the New Evangelization with Fr. Matt Lowry
- Nov. 24 – The naked Truth about men and women with Fr. Charlie Gorieb
